Add a Funding Source


To create a new funding source and attach it to a top-level OU:

  1. In the left navigation menu, click Financials > All Funding Sources.
  2. Click Add New.
  3. Fill out the Funding Source Name, Amount, Start date (always first day of month), and End date (always last day of month).
  4. In the Top-Level OU field, select a top-level OU.
  5. In the Permission Scheme drop-down menu, select the Default Funding Source Permission Scheme or another custom scheme.
    • Note: if custom permission schemes are turned off, you will not see this field, and the default permission scheme will be used.
  6. In the Owners drop-down menu, select at least a user or group.
  7. Enter an optional Description.
  8. Click Create Funding Source.
